Fermentation is fun. In this three-hour workshop with Beth Bridgeman, participants will make their own sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, and amazake.
Masks required. Social distance will be observed. Class will take place in the airy, spacious barn at Agraria. Limit 8 participants.
