Project Aquastar grows more than 40 types of vegetables, fruit, and herbs on 1.2 acres for distribution through a community supported agriculture box. Join this tour to see greenhouses and market garden field plots, chickens, beehives, and aquaponics systems that utilize fish and plants in a symbiotic, closed loop ecosystem. Located in Linden, Project Aquastar supplies residents of the neighborhood with fresh, locally grown food and hosts community outreach and educational programs. Recognized as one of the most sustainable farming operations in Franklin County, learn about their plans to grow their operation and serve the community.
