Join OEFFA's MOON chapter on Saturday, April 7, 2018 for a free program presented by Brian Grubb.
Small Farm Profitability? Why it's critical to understand your real cost of plant production.
Brian Grubb is an instructor and the conservatory manager at Miami University's Hamilton campus. He spent over 15 years in the wholesale production of native plants in nurseries and greenhouses. In addition to managing plants and people, he was responsible for the financial management of his division. Brian studied agriculture business management at Chemeketa and Clackamas Community colleges in Oregon. He is a small business owner and applies the principles he will discuss in this class to his own business. It has made a world of difference to his profit margins. One of Brian's passions is growing fresh food in abundant quantities.
Co-sponsored by OEFFA's MOON chapter and the MOON Co-op Market.
Walk-ins welcome.
